Les couper en morceaux.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Laver le citron et pr\u00e9lever une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de zeste fin.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sans les \u00e9plucher, couper les pommes en morceaux et les arroser de la moiti\u00e9 du jus de citron.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langer la mayonnaise avec le curry, le vinaigre, l\u2019huile et le restant du jus de citron.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ajouter le poulet, les pommes, le c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9 en tron\u00e7ons et les zestes.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Faire cuire les farandoles 12 mn. Egoutter et verser dans le saladier, poivrer et m\u00e9langer aussit\u00f4t.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #cc33ff;\"><b>(Nicolas)<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #6633cc;\">Spaghettis con vogole<\/span><\/span><\/strong><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ingr\u00e9dients pour 2 personnes :<\/span><\/strong><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 200 g de spaghettis<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 20 palourdes<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de persil plat concass\u00e9<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 25 g de beurre\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; 1\/2 verre de vin blanc sec<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Sel et poivre<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/span><\/strong><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1) Peler 1 gousse d\u2019ail, la fendre en deux, la d\u00e9germer et la hacher finement. Chauffer 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans un large po\u00ealon. Ajouter 20 palourdes, les rouler dans la mati\u00e8re grasse, mouiller avec un demi verre de vin blanc sec, ajouter 25 g de beurre, la gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e, poivrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement, saler avec du gros sel. D\u00e9s que les palourdes commencent \u00e0 s\u2019ouvrir, ajouter 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de persil plat concass\u00e9, bien m\u00e9langer, couvrir et r\u00e9server hors du feu.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2) Porter une grande quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, saler, puis plonger 200 g de spaghettis, et les cuire aldente.
